The strategic goal of implementing a complex of measures to modernize scientific research and innovation activities is the real inclusion of the academic staff of the university, including young scholars, in effective research activities for the benefit of the socio-economic development of the country and the region. It allows to strengthen the leadership positions of the university research teams in the field of new materials and coatings, biotechnology, social education and psychology. The research areas of the university mainly correspond to the priority areas of development of science and technology, training profiles at the university, the prospect of its development and are innovative in nature.
The university aims to unravel various talents of the students which lead to the formation of the path of a successful career in the field of science, technology and innovation. The development of the intellectual potential of the country, the region and the university is ensured mainly by the practical involvement of students in the scientific activities, the formation of project teams and the effective work of the research graduate school, the postgraduate school and the personnel reserve of scientific schools and research teams.
